The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged RXRγ NHR and EA-tagged steroid receptor co-activator peptide (SRCP). Upon activation of RXRγ, induced interaction with SRCP leads to production of EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
